I’m a new customer and could not have been more pleased with our first visit. Quality work and friendly customer service. Recently had to reschedule at the last minute and Ellen was so nice and understanding.

I contacted 5 star after contacting another shop that had done some previous work for me and they never returned my call. Ellen got back to me right away and we were able to schedule my appointment. They completed a safety inspection and informed me of some issues that the previous shop overlooked. They did an excellent job my car is runnIng great. I look forward to coming to Ryan and his team for all my car repairs! I was running late and they waited an additional 30 minutes for me to get there one a Friday, super dope!

Don't waste your time, they "found" things that needed repairs that I have personally repaired only a month before, also we got a bill for things they claimed to have "topped off fluids" when no such work was done. Extremely disappointed with lack of honesty

Just wanted to say that I had my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 worked on with some major issues and these guys did an Excellent job. From the front counter Employees to the Mechanics all are subject matter experts at there jobs and got all the parts at a reasonable price so that I could be back on the road safely and there prices are great and did not over price nor did they charge for something that was not needed. You do need to go and see and meet the whole staff at 5 Star Auto Repair in Lexington KY. My Family thanks all of you.

Our first time using this shop and we were very happy with the service received! We had 2 tire pressure sensors replaced on my mother’s 2015 Kia Forte and felt as if the price was very fair. We dropped the car off after hours the evening before and they called to get us an estimate before lunch the next day and had it ready for us to pick up that afternoon. Very pleased. Highly recommend! Will continue to use this local shop!

This is my second time here. They got me in and out fast, did not try to tell me everything wrong with my car, just did their job good and sent me on my way. :) Will be coming back!
