I’ve never been treated so poorly by a business. Guess there’s a first time for everything. The customer service was terrible, the manager was rude and “too busy” to answer a phone call. The lady who answered was EXTREMELY rude and borderline racist. Stay away
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your Phone call experience with us. I appologize that when you called in I was assisting another customer and you feel that is rude. I did however take the time to let my service advisor know we would have to decline service on your vehicle, and she should have explained the reason for this or attempted to. However I was informed that she was hung up on before she could explain.
